Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the sous vide machine to 145°F (63°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place each chicken breast in a vacuum-sealed bag and seal according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Once the sous vide machine has reached the desired temperature, place the sealed bags in the water bath and cook for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the chicken breasts from the bags and pat dry with a paper towel.
  7. Heat a large skillet over high heat and add the chicken breasts.
  8. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
