Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top of the chicken mixture and let it melt.
  6. Toast the hoagie rolls and place the chicken mixture on top of the rolls.
  7. Enjoy!
