I am Culinary Expert Rodrigo Carelli. My cooking is Ecuadorian via France. I was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, but at the age of 18 I moved to Lyon, France where I studied at the French Culinary Academy and later on from Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon.
I have been working as a chef for over ten years now and my experience has taken me all around Europe: Paris, Madrid, Munich… It has also allowed me to work with different types of cuisine such as French-Ecuadorian fusion dishes or Spanish tapas.
My goal is to continue traveling throughout this beautiful world while presenting you with new recipes and techniques that will make your mouth water!
